Relationship(s). This is one aspect that mankind has no single blueprint, no single formula to succeed in. Nevertheless, man has been able to propose a lot of ways that anyone who wishes to succeed in this terrain can model after and experience some level of gratification.
With its divers principles stated over time, one can't be to certain as to what works for him/her, so we're left in the sphere of experimentation, trial and error, to find our zone, to find what will really works for us in our said relationship.
When I decided to take my journey here on substack serious, I reached out to a figure I so admire. His not many accomplished feats are ones I wish the younger me had achieved. 10% of my mailing list readers overlap with his, so yes, you might know him or you might not. Regardless, the individual I'm talking about is the writer behind Random Despatches here on substack;

The truths is, keeping up with this hasn't been easy, but it's a work in progress. I'm trying a lot of things, looking at creating systems to make my contributions to you worth your reading time; this I told him.
Last week's despatch key theme was friendship. This week's is relationship.
Every day of a particular week, I choose a theme to write on and I share little excerpts daily on substack (notes), and across my social media accounts.

It's important to be a relationship that supports your growth unapologetically. Your relationship shouldn't be a place you loose yourself but rather, a place where you're supported to discover other faucets of yourself you didn't know exist.
And the struggle continues. We all might feel the relationship pool has been messed up, true. You will encounter those who just want to hang around and not commit to anything serious be it a platonic, mutual or intimate relationship, there are people like that.
It's important to define who you are and what you want in/out of a relationship, it will save you a lot of time and energy.
